Project Background
Aseria is a large-scale residential neighbourhood development currently under construction, spanning approximately 22.6 acres (22,618 m²) of active development land. With a site of this scale, the developer required a reliable and comprehensive surveillance solution to monitor the entire construction area around the clock. The key challenge was achieving full site coverage across such a vast area while keeping the setup practical, manageable, and accessible remotely — ensuring site security, activity monitoring, and incident visibility throughout the entire construction phase.
What We Delivered
Roknet conducted a thorough site survey across the full development area to identify optimal camera placement points for maximum coverage. Dual-lens PTZ cameras were strategically positioned at selected locations and configured with PTZ presets to sweep and cover the entire 22.6-acre site. A 24/7 cloud-based monitoring setup was established, with a dedicated viewing station set up at the Batch office to allow the team to remotely patrol and monitor the full site through cloud view — with continuous recording running at all times.
