Sonee Hardware's Thilafushi facility is a large-scale industrial operation spanning multiple zones including a Chemical Godown, Cement Factory, Mess Hall, and general Godowns. Operating across a wide physical area on Thilafushi island, the client required a robust and scalable technology infrastructure to support their day-to-day operations. The key needs were reliable island-wide Wi-Fi coverage, full site surveillance, and a secure segmented network architecture to manage and isolate traffic across the different operational zones.

Roknet designed and deployed a comprehensive network and security infrastructure across the entire Thilafushi facility. An enterprise-grade Wi-Fi Mesh solution was rolled out to ensure seamless wireless coverage across all zones of the site. A structured network infrastructure was built with VLAN configuration and network segmentation enforced through a firewall, keeping operational traffic organized and secure. Full CCTV surveillance was also installed across all key areas of the facility to maintain site-wide monitoring and oversight.
