Advanced Security and Connectivity Solution for Lots 11073 & 11074

Lot11073 & Lot11074 are twin 6-storey residential buildings developed by Batch, designed to offer modern apartment living with a fully integrated technology infrastructure. The developer required a future-ready solution that went beyond standard security — encompassing 24/7 building surveillance, an apartment intercom system, a fiber backbone laid to every apartment unit for future ISP and internet readiness, and a smart elevator control system with floor-wise access restrictions to enhance resident security and privacy. Roknet was engaged to design and deploy the complete infrastructure across both buildings from the ground up.

Roknet delivered a fully integrated security, communications, and network infrastructure across both 6-storey residential buildings. The scope covered 24/7 CCTV surveillance throughout all common areas, a building-wide apartment intercom system, fiber backbone cabling laid to each apartment unit for future ISP connectivity, per-room network cabling for internet and Wi-Fi readiness, and an elevator control system configured with floor-wise access restrictions — ensuring residents only access their designated floors for enhanced building security.
