Advanced CCTV, Intercom, and Fiber Connectivity Solution for Ma. Andhalus

Ma. Andhalus is a multi-storey apartment building that called for a fully integrated technology and security setup. The building management sought a dependable surveillance system throughout all shared spaces, a dedicated intercom network connecting every unit, and a robust data infrastructure — including a fiber backbone and apartment-level CAT6 and Wi-Fi cabling to support residents' internet needs.

Roknet executed a complete build-out of the security, communication, and data network systems at Ma. Andhalus. The deployment spanned building-wide camera installations, a fully wired apartment intercom setup, fiber backbone laying across all levels, and individual apartment data points with CAT6 and Wi-Fi cabling — all tied together through a centralized rack with proper termination and backed by a UPS for continuous uptime.
